This wasn't the only time my ordered was shortened from this location, Saint Charles. Today is January 29th, and it has been well over 48 hours, which means I still haven't received a refund which I am entitled to. She told me she would submit a request for a refund, and she will contact me within 48 hours. I chose the refund option because the coupon were only for entrées and I don't eat meat. Likewise, I called customer service and I waited on hold for over five minutes before someone finally answered the phone.įurthermore, I explained my situation to the associate, who apologized and stated that she could give me a coupon or a refund. I didn't take the order back because I was tired after working and the location is 25 minutes away from where I live. I called Panda Express 5 times, but no one would answer. On January 25th I purchased three orders of chow mein and two dozen of veggie spring rolls.Īs soon as I got home to prepare plates for my family, I noticed that the veggie spring rolls were missing 8 out of 24 all together. The food tastes good but they need better service. Had I ever rolled my eyes in front of a customer I would have been immediate taken of the floor and had a speaking to or wrote up but in my case was treated poorly and not to mention my money was stolen from me cause I have yet to get my money for the food I never received or been given the items they forgot to give me. Was able to return Ive never been treated more poorly in my life Ive worked in food service before and would have been fired for treating a customer with such lack of respect and unkindness I will never go to this establishment ever I cannot support a business that thinks it ok to treat people in this manner especially silly from your upper management. So a week later I went to get it and was assisted with eye rolls and snickering by employees and when she couldnt find my name which was told would be written down they went on the back and upon return told that they would not honor it and that I refused to give my name all because I was upset and asked for a refund and I was going to call customer service but before getting off I specifically clarified that I was able to receive my food when. I drove 30 min to only get 1/4of my order and when I called to complain I was not told they weee sorry it was stated I could come back and get it yeah Im 30 min away so then my name and order was taken and said I could come another time to get it but would not receive a refund.
